very Cool musivid

To clarify for a few who are confused: I believe the song was done by someone else/a band, named Lemon Demon...it's right there on the page - regardless, great animation - everything went hilariously with the song!

altffour responds:

It was done by trapezoid, who is co-credited and AKA a one man band by the name of Lemon Demon

Hmmmm.......

I'm going to be honest.... I mean, alot of people are going to say, "you draw goood!", and if they said you didn't, they'd be lying. However, this cartoon is another piece of proof that good ability/skill doesn't always mean good direction/sensibility/ideas. #1: I gave you 5 for style, because, really, although the style shown looks great, it isn't THAT original. And my main beef: the story. Around the opening title song I was getting into it a little bit with the action music and all - but prior, I didn't quite feel I knew what was going on or who the characters were. And after the title sequence, the whole movie is devoted suddenly to another set of terribly introduced characters. The jokes themselves kind of went nowhere, and that brain-mother coming in, and then the diarhea, and just no sensibility - not talking about the sensibility of when you're making things too gross. The sensibility of what's funny. In short, it felt like - besides the great technique, the professional voice work, there was nothing going nowhere.

Awesome Fun!

wow, one of the most original quirky funny cartoons I've seen in quite some time. Gotta love excessively annoying style humor (it's not even annoying, when you have the straight character (Charlie) in there to lower his eyebrow and take the hits. In reply to something the last reviewer said - no work needs to be done on the blue unicorn's animation; I know you said it fits in, but no work..no! It's that obvious kind of "lack-of-animation" that is being used here to further highlight the blue one's annoyance problems.

A very fascinating world

Very nice in the way of direction/flow - the drawings have a nice feel (hehe, but the eyes remind me of troll dolls :) and I was really pulled in around the time of the truck stand off - I noticed little things that were nice about this - things like, the frequency of gunfire: there were no unnecessary blasts of machine gun fire nor were there any slow-mo jump&rolls. And I really felt for that nice driver; he sacrificed himself for the kids...sniff.
Question to the Author: Did you ever play the game "Full Throttle"? It was a Lucasarts game and the truck standoff scene with cyberpunks etc. reminded me of that game a good bit. Thanks.

WOW!

I love this movie! Pure genious, and I love how you pull so much off with just variations of yellow mostly... its highly stylized, and great job on the 3D style morphing as well.

Ahhhhhhh!!!

That movie was 3exc3ll3nt!!.....Alright, I'm not even going to attempt to pretend I'm clever in continuing on with the 3's. But anyways, great flash! That's all that can be said. It was short, snappy, got to the hilarious point and grabbed my attention; furthermore, it made me laugh out loud at it's pure silliness! The joke is so easy, but it's still so laughable the way you guys executed it! Besides the main "3" joke, the actual visuals of the fucking ridiculous, ultra spoilered-up cars crashing into everything and through a building etc. was so damn amusing. Great job!

Always fun with Weebl

Hey Weeble - possibly the funniest thing about your recent musical flashes is the fact that they always end and loop over again so seemlessly! my guess is it takes most people another pass to realize it's the same thing over again! Fun stuff man!

very interesting!

I'd really like to see more of these! Definitely an idea no one else on here has fleshed out. A game could be made using these ideas, but the events would be greatly limited to cause a logical enough outcome to choices, and looks into the future. My preference is to bring in multiverse and multiple reality theories into play when creating a sci-fi idea - they can quickly difuse any worrys of paradox.

The ground ones hurt by the fish of the sun.... www.myspace.com/wasptech - for some good original music
